Returns Policy

We work really hard to make your deliveries arrive on time and in perfect condition however things beyond our control can occasionally go wrong such as ferry disruption due to severe weather or careless handling in transit.

If you are unhappy with the condition of any of our products please call Customer Services within two days of receiving the goods on 01688 302120 or email and we will dispatch a replacement at the earliest opportunity. If a replacement is unsuitable or unavailable we will of course issue a full refund.

We may require goods to be returned or photographic evidence to pursue a claim against our carrier.
